EBS的表格FND_LOBS，有一個欄位program_name，其中兩種：export、FNDATTCH說明如下。
而內容則是存在欄位FILE_DATA（BLOB）。

EBS在上傳檔案時會（如下圖）會在FND_LOBS的program_name填入FNDATTCH。

而在下載檔案時（如下圖）則會在program_name填入export
